Synopsis: The Tokyo Connection is a full-throttle, martial arts action thriller based in Tokyo, Japan. British agent Sean Edwards, after receiving news that his sisters death was one of 6 girls killed in serial killings in Tokyo, defies his boss and flies to Tokyo with the sole intention of avenging his sisters death. Initially on the run from the Japanese police, Sean finds himself in the midst of an internal National Police Agency (NPA) conspiracy and an impending Yakuza war not yet seen on Japans shores. Sean eventually gains the trust of the Japanese police, and in particular their most senior NPA detective Masahiro Nara. Problems arise and when Sean stumbles across evidence of corruption within the Japanese police, he is forced to employ his martial arts skills to protect not only his life but to unravel the mystery surrounding the deaths and take revenge for his slain sister.(more)(
