With the availability of the internet, cheaters can find a virtual playground to utilize for their dirty deeds. It is easier than ever to cheat online, and according to recent studies, 44% of males have cheated on their wives and 27% of women have cheated on their husbands. The internet is an extremely convenient way to do this. If you suspect your husband or wife of cheating online, read the signs below to see if they sound familiar to you. Once you have determined that your spouse is or is not cheating on you, you can take the appropriate action to confront them.
Password-Protected Computer -
Has your spouse suddenly protected his or her computer with a password that you don't know? This is an obvious sign that your spouse has something on the computer they don't want to share with anyone, including you. If there is a password on your spouse's computer suddenly, this may be a sign that they are cheating online. Casually tell your spouse that you noticed they have protected their computer with a password and you were wondering why. See what their reaction is. Are they irritable and hostile, or do they offer a reasonable explanation and offer to give you the password?

If you know that your spouse has several different e-mail addresses, you may want to be concerned. Many cheaters utilize free e-mail accounts in order to communicate with their 'online' affairs. Clearing Out the History on the Computer -
Is the history cleaned out every single time you check it on the computer? This is a definite sign that your spouse has something to hide from you. Most people do not think about cleaning out the history every single day. At best, they will clean it out every few months. Check each time you are able to get on the computer to see if the history is cleaned out. If it isn't, check the history of the computer and see what places your spouse has been visiting. Do you notice porn sites, dating sites or something similar? This is a sign that perhaps your spouse is being unfaithful to you.

While just one of these signs may not signify that your spouse is cheating online, noticing more or all of them is a red flag that you should pay close attention to.
